1. Adakah yang Lebih Utama dari Rasulullah?
حَدَّثَنِي عَبْدُ اللَّهِ بْنُ مُحَمَّدٍ، حَدَّثَنَا هِشَامٌ، أَخْبَرَنَا مَعْمَرٌ، عَنِ الزُّهْرِيِّ، قَالَ أَخْبَرَنِي أَنَسُ بْنُ مَالِكٍ ـ رضى الله عنه ـ قَالَ قَالَ نَاسٌ مِنَ الأَنْصَارِ حِينَ أَفَاءَ اللَّهُ عَلَى رَسُولِهِ صلى الله عليه وسلم مَا أَفَاءَ مِنْ أَمْوَالِ هَوَازِنَ، فَطَفِقَ النَّبِيُّ صلى الله عليه وسلم يُعْطِي رِجَالاً الْمِائَةَ مِنَ الإِبِلِ فَقَالُوا يَغْفِرُ اللَّهُ لِرَسُولِ اللَّهِ صلى الله عليه وسلم يُعْطِي قُرَيْشًا وَيَتْرُكُنَا، وَسُيُوفُنَا تَقْطُرُ مِنْ دِمَائِهِمْ. قَالَ أَنَسٌ فَحُدِّثَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صلى الله عليه وسلم بِمَقَالَتِهِمْ، فَأَرْسَلَ إِلَى الأَنْصَارِ فَجَمَعَهُمْ فِي قُبَّةٍ مِنْ أَدَمٍ وَلَمْ يَدْعُ مَعَهُمْ غَيْرَهُمْ، فَلَمَّا اجْتَمَعُوا قَامَ النَّبِيُّ صلى الله عليه وسلم فَقَالَ " مَا حَدِيثٌ بَلَغَنِي عَنْكُمْ ". فَقَالَ فُقَهَاءُ الأَنْصَارِ أَمَّا رُؤَسَاؤُنَا يَا رَسُولَ اللَّهِ فَلَمْ يَقُولُوا شَيْئًا، وَأَمَّا نَاسٌ مِنَّا حَدِيثَةٌ أَسْنَانُهُمْ فَقَالُوا يَغْفِرُ اللَّهُ لِرَسُولِ اللَّهِ صلى الله عليه وسلم يُعْطِي قُرَيْشًا وَيَتْرُكُنَا، وَسُيُوفُنَا تَقْطُرُ مِنْ دِمَائِهِمْ. فَقَالَ النَّبِيُّ صلى الله عليه وسلم " فَإِنِّي أُعْطِي رِجَالاً حَدِيثِي عَهْدٍ بِكُفْرٍ، أَتَأَلَّفُهُمْ، أَمَا تَرْضَوْنَ أَنْ يَذْهَبَ النَّاسُ بِالأَمْوَالِ وَتَذْهَبُونَ بِالنَّبِيِّ صلى الله عليه وسلم إِلَى رِحَالِكُمْ، فَوَاللَّهِ لَمَا تَنْقَلِبُونَ بِهِ خَيْرٌ مِمَّا يَنْقَلِبُونَ بِهِ ". قَالُوا يَا رَسُولَ اللَّهِ قَدْ رَضِينَا. فَقَالَ لَهُمُ النَّبِيُّ صلى الله عليه وسلم " سَتَجِدُونَ أُثْرَةً شَدِيدَةً، فَاصْبِرُوا حَتَّى تَلْقَوُا اللَّهَ وَرَسُولَهُ صلى الله عليه وسلم فَإِنِّي عَلَى الْحَوْضِ " . قَالَ أَنَسٌ فَلَمْ يَصْبِرُوا.
Diriwayatkan dari Anas bin Malik: Ketika Allah memberikan kepada Rasulullah apa yang diberikan-Nya dari harta suku Hawazin sebagai harta rampasan perang, Nabi ﷺ mulai memberikan kepada beberapa orang 100 unta masing-masing. Ansar (kemudian) berkata, "Semoga Allah mengampuni Rasulullah karena beliau memberikan kepada Quraish dan meninggalkan kami meskipun pedang kami masih menetes dengan darah Quraish." Rasulullah diberitahu tentang pernyataan mereka, maka beliau memanggil Ansar dan mengumpulkan mereka di dalam sebuah tenda kulit, dan tidak mengundang orang lain bersama mereka. Ketika mereka semua berkumpul, Nabi ﷺ berdiri dan berkata, "Apa pembicaraan ini yang diberitahukan kepada saya tentang kalian?" Para ulama di antara Ansar berkata, "Wahai Rasulullah! Para pemimpin kami tidak mengatakan apa-apa, tetapi beberapa orang di antara kami yang lebih muda berkata, 'Semoga Allah mengampuni Rasulullah karena beliau memberikan (dari harta rampasan) kepada Quraish dan meninggalkan kami meskipun pedang kami masih menetes dengan darah mereka.'" Nabi ﷺ berkata, "Saya memberikan kepada orang-orang ini yang baru saja meninggalkan kekufuran (dan memeluk Islam) agar hati mereka tertarik. Tidakkah kalian senang bahwa orang-orang mengambil harta sementara kalian membawa Nabi ﷺ bersama kalian ke rumah kalian? Demi Allah, apa yang kalian ambil adalah lebih baik daripada apa pun yang mereka ambil." Mereka (yaitu Ansar) berkata, "Wahai Rasulullah! Kami puas." Nabi ﷺ kemudian berkata kepada mereka, "Kalian akan menemukan orang lain yang sangat diutamakan di atas kalian, maka bersabarlah sampai kalian bertemu Allah dan Rasul-Nya dan aku akan berada di kolam itu." Anas menambahkan: Tetapi mereka tidak sabar.

حَدَّثَنَا مُوسَى بْنُ إِسْمَاعِيلَ، حَدَّثَنَا عَبْدُ الْوَاحِدِ، حَدَّثَنَا الشَّيْبَانِيُّ، حَدَّثَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ أَبِي الْمُجَالِدِ، قَالَ بَعَثَنِي عَبْدُ اللَّهِ بْنُ شَدَّادٍ وَأَبُو بُرْدَةَ إِلَى عَبْدِ اللَّهِ بْنِ أَبِي أَوْفَى ـ رضى الله عنهما ـ فَقَالاَ سَلْهُ هَلْ كَانَ أَصْحَابُ النَّبِيِّ صلى الله عليه وسلم فِي عَهْدِ النَّبِيِّ صلى الله عليه وسلم يُسْلِفُونَ فِي الْحِنْطَةِ قَالَ عَبْدُ اللَّهِ كُنَّا نُسْلِفُ نَبِيطَ أَهْلِ الشَّأْمِ فِي الْحِنْطَةِ، وَالشَّعِيرِ، وَالزَّيْتِ، فِي كَيْلٍ مَعْلُومٍ، إِلَى أَجَلٍ مَعْلُومٍ. قُلْتُ إِلَى مَنْ كَانَ أَصْلُهُ عِنْدَهُ قَالَ مَا كُنَّا نَسْأَلُهُمْ عَنْ ذَلِكَ. ثُمَّ بَعَثَانِي إِلَى عَبْدِ الرَّحْمَنِ بْنِ أَبْزَى فَسَأَلْتُهُ فَقَالَ كَانَ أَصْحَابُ النَّبِيِّ صلى الله عليه وسلم يُسْلِفُونَ عَلَى عَهْدِ النَّبِيِّ صلى الله عليه وسلم وَلَمْ نَسْأَلْهُمْ أَلَهُمْ حَرْثٌ أَمْ لاَ
Muhammad bin Al-Mujalid menceritakan: 'Abdullah bin Shaddad dan Abu Burda mengutusku kepada Abdullah bin Abi Aufa dan berkata: 'Tanyakan padanya, apakah para sahabat Nabi ﷺ di masa Nabi ﷺ melakukan salam (jual beli) untuk gandum? Abdullah menjawab: 'Kami biasa melakukan salam kepada petani di Syam untuk gandum, jelai, dan minyak zaitun dengan ukuran yang telah ditentukan, untuk waktu yang telah ditentukan.' Aku bertanya: 'Apakah harga dibayar kepada mereka yang memiliki barang yang akan dikirimkan kemudian?' Abdullah bin Aufa menjawab: 'Kami tidak pernah menanyakan hal itu kepada mereka.' Kemudian mereka mengutusku kepada Abdur Rahman bin Abza dan aku bertanya kepadanya. Dia menjawab: 'Para sahabat Nabi ﷺ biasa melakukan salam di masa Nabi ﷺ dan kami tidak pernah menanyakan kepada mereka apakah mereka memiliki tanaman atau tidak.'

3. Dua Anak Muda di Perang Badar
حَدَّثَنَا مُسَدَّدٌ، حَدَّثَنَا يُوسُفُ بْنُ الْمَاجِشُونِ، عَنْ صَالِحِ بْنِ إِبْرَاهِيمَ بْنِ عَبْدِ الرَّحْمَنِ بْنِ عَوْفٍ، عَنْ أَبِيهِ، عَنْ جَدِّهِ، قَالَ بَيْنَا أَنَا وَاقِفٌ، فِي الصَّفِّ يَوْمَ بَدْرٍ فَنَظَرْتُ عَنْ يَمِينِي، وَشِمَالِي، فَإِذَا أَنَا بِغُلاَمَيْنِ، مِنَ الأَنْصَارِ حَدِيثَةٍ أَسْنَانُهُمَا، تَمَنَّيْتُ أَنْ أَكُونَ بَيْنَ أَضْلَعَ مِنْهُمَا، فَغَمَزَنِي أَحَدُهُمَا فَقَالَ يَا عَمِّ، هَلْ تَعْرِفُ أَبَا جَهْلٍ قُلْتُ نَعَمْ، مَا حَاجَتُكَ إِلَيْهِ يَا ابْنَ أَخِي قَالَ أُخْبِرْتُ أَنَّهُ يَسُبُّ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ ﷺ، وَالَّذِي نَفْسِي بِيَدِهِ لَئِنْ رَأَيْتُهُ لاَ يُفَارِقُ سَوَادِي سَوَادَهُ حَتَّى يَمُوتَ الأَعْجَلُ مِنَّا. فَتَعَجَّبْتُ لِذَلِكَ، فَغَمَزَنِي الآخَرُ فَقَالَ لِي مِثْلَهَا، فَلَمْ أَنْشَبْ أَنْ نَظَرْتُ إِلَى أَبِي جَهْلٍ يَجُولُ فِي النَّاسِ، قُلْتُ أَلاَ إِنَّ هَذَا صَاحِبُكُمَا الَّذِي سَأَلْتُمَانِي. فَابْتَدَرَاهُ بِسَيْفَيْهِمَا فَضَرَبَاهُ حَتَّى قَتَلاَهُ، ثُمَّ انْصَرَفَا إِلَى رَسُولِ اللَّهُ ﷺ فَأَخْبَرَاهُ فَقَالَ " أَيُّكُمَا قَتَلَهُ ". قَالَ كُلُّ وَاحِدٍ مِنْهُمَا أَنَا قَتَلْتُهُ. فَقَالَ " هَلْ مَسَحْتُمَا سَيْفَيْكُمَا ". قَالاَ لاَ. فَنَظَرَ فِي السَّيْفَيْنِ فَقَالَ " كِلاَكُمَا قَتَلَهُ ". سَلَبُهُ لِمُعَاذِ بْنِ عَمْرِو بْنِ الْجَمُوحِ. وَكَانَا مُعَاذَ ابْنَ عَفْرَاءَ وَمُعَاذَ بْنَ عَمْرِو بْنِ الْجَمُوحِ.
قَالَ مُحَمَّدٌ سَمِعَ يُوسُفُ صَالِحًا وَإِبْرَاهِيمَ أَبَاهُ (عَبْدِ الرَّحْمَنِ بْنِ عَوْفٍ)
Dari Abdur-Rahman bin Auf: "Ketika aku berdiri dalam barisan pada hari (pertempuran) Badr, aku melihat ke kanan dan ke kiri dan melihat dua anak muda dari Ansar, dan aku berharap aku lebih kuat dari mereka. Salah satu dari mereka memanggil perhatianku dan berkata, 'Wahai Paman! Apakah kamu tahu Abu Jahl?' Aku berkata, 'Ya, apa yang kau inginkan darinya, wahai keponakanku?' Dia berkata, 'Aku telah diberitahu bahwa dia mencela Rasulullah. Demi Dia yang jiwaku ada di tangan-Nya, jika aku melihatnya, maka tubuhku tidak akan meninggalkan tubuhnya sampai salah satu dari kami menemui ajal.' Aku terkejut mendengar ucapan itu. Kemudian yang lainnya memanggil perhatianku dan mengatakan hal yang sama. Setelah beberapa saat, aku melihat Abu Jahl berjalan di antara orang-orang. Aku berkata kepada anak-anak itu, 'Lihat! Ini orang yang kalian tanyakan.' Keduanya menyerangnya dengan pedang mereka dan membunuhnya, lalu kembali kepada Rasulullah untuk memberitahukan hal itu. Rasulullah ﷺ bertanya, 'Siapa di antara kalian yang membunuhnya?' Masing-masing dari mereka berkata, 'Aku yang membunuhnya.' Rasulullah ﷺ bertanya, 'Apakah kalian sudah membersihkan pedang kalian?' Mereka menjawab, 'Belum.' Beliau kemudian melihat pedang mereka dan berkata, 'Kalian berdua telah membunuhnya dan harta rampasan dari orang yang terbunuh akan diberikan kepada Mu'adh bin Amr bin Al-Jamuh.' Keduanya adalah Mu'adh bin 'Afra dan Mu'adh bin Amr bin Al-Jamuh.

Narrated Muhammad bin Al-Mujalid: `Abdullah bin Shaddad and Abu Burda sent me to `Abdullah bin Abi `Aufa and told me to ask `Abdullah whether the people in the lifetime of the Prophet (ﷺ) used to pay in advance for wheat (to be delivered later). `Abdullah replied, "We used to pay in advance to the peasants of Sham for wheat, barley and olive oil of a known specified measure to be delivered in a specified period." I asked (him), "Was the price paid (in advance) to those who had the things to be delivered later?" `Abdullah bin `Aufa replied, "We did not use to ask them about that." Then they sent me to `Abdur Rahman bin Abza and I asked him. He replied, "The companions of the Prophet (ﷺ) used to practice Salam in the lifetime of the Prophet; and we did not use to ask them whether they had standing crops or not."

Narrated Muhammad bin Al-Mujalid: `Abdullah bin Shaddad and Abu Burda sent me to `Abdullah bin Abi `Aufa and told me to ask `Abdullah whether the people in the lifetime of the Prophet (ﷺ) used to pay in advance for wheat (to be delivered later). `Abdullah replied, "We used to pay in advance to the peasants of Sham for wheat, barley and olive oil of a known specified measure to be delivered in a specified period." Narrated Muhammad bin Al-Mujalid: `Abdullah bin Shaddad and Abu Burda sent me to `Abdullah bin Abi `Aufa and told me to ask `Abdullah whether the people in the lifetime of the Prophet (ﷺ) used to pay in advance for wheat (to be delivered later). `Abdullah replied, "We used to pay in advance to the peasants of Sham for wheat, barley and olive oil of a known specified measure to be delivered in a specified period."
